If you're employed 35-40 hours a week at a company, shouldn't you be eligible for health insurance, by law? I know someone who accepted a position for these hours, and the offer of employment letter said they would NOT be provided health insurance. First time poster, long time lurker... now with a tiny emergency...

So, my boyfriend is without health insurance (as is a good portion of america) and just recently his tooth fell out (we think it might be a delayed effect from cracking his tooth on something because he takes amazing care of his teeth... so it wouldn't be because of rotten...ness).

The health questions lately have me curious...

How does one go about finding inexpensive health insurance?

It would be wonderful if every company offered it, but how do those without such support find the best deal?

(I'm very sorry if this is a silly question- it's something new for me)
